Citronnier holds the whole tree within a single piece. On emerald-green leather, embroidery in oval silk thread depicts the flower in bloom, the closed fruit and the open lemon — an orchard gathered onto one surface. Beads, cabochons and sequins punctuate the shadows and the light. The handles, sheathed in green leather, extend the colour. A season that holds the next within it.
