This piece transcends its material to make of it a breath, a murmur of nature and grace. The wicker, woven with the precision of an ancestral gesture, finds itself dressed in a cloud of feathers of noble origins — ostrich, goose, and other birds whose plumage has been carefully selected for its voluptuousness, its finesse, and its shifting reflections. At the heart of this aerial composition, the macaw, cardinal bird with flamboyant wings, emerges in art embroidery, executed in oval silk thread. Le Jardin de Plumes is a textile poem.
